There are several options to configure vacation periods and holidays. 

Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • Click on the Office button and then click on the Appointments option. 


  • The Appointments Settings screen will be displayed.


  • Press the Add button located at the top of the screen and select the Add Hol. option.

Note: Press the Edit Hol. button, selecting a row from the Holidays and Vacations table, to edit vacation periods or holidays.

  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the office, which you want to set the vacation or vacation period. 

         

  • Select the Check to apply to all providers checkbox, if you want the configuration to be applied to all providers.  

      

  • Select the supplier, if you want the configuration to apply to a specific supplier.
  • Select the type of configuration, either by vacation period or holiday.


  • Write the description.


  • Select the date, which begins and ends the vacation period or vacation.  


  • Once the information has been completed, press the Save button to save the configuration.


  • Automatically, it will be displayed in the table of holidays and vacation period.


Option #2

  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:  


  • Click on the Office button and then click on the Appointments option. 


  • The Appointments Settings screen will be displayed.


  • Press the Add button located at the top of the screen and select the Add Hol. option.

Note: Press the Edit Hol. button, selecting a row from the Holidays and Vacations table, to edit vacation periods or holidays.

  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the office, which you want to set the vacation or vacation period. 

         

  • Select the Check to apply to all providers checkbox, if you want the configuration to be applied to all providers.  

      

  • Select the supplier, if you want the configuration to apply to a specific supplier.

  • Write the description.
