There are several options to configure vacation periods and holidays.
Option #1
Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
Select the Settings option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Click on the Office button and then click on the Appointments option.
- The Appointments Settings screen will be displayed.
- Press the Add button located at the top of the screen and select the Add Hol. option.
Note: Press the Edit Hol. button, selecting a row from the Holidays and Vacations table, to edit vacation periods or holidays.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the office, which you want to set the vacation or vacation period.
- Select the Check to apply to all providers checkbox, if you want the configuration to be applied to all providers.
- Select the supplier, if you want the configuration to apply to a specific supplier.
- Select the type of configuration, either by vacation period or holiday.
- Write the description.
- Select the date, which begins and ends the vacation period or vacation.
- Once the information has been completed, press the Save button to save the configuration.
- Automatically, it will be displayed in the table of holidays and vacation period.
Option #2
- Press the Settings button in the main menu.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Click on the Office button and then click on the Appointments option.
- The Appointments Settings screen will be displayed.
- Press the Add button located at the top of the screen and select the Add Hol. option.
Note: Press the Edit Hol. button, selecting a row from the Holidays and Vacations table, to edit vacation periods or holidays.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the office, which you want to set the vacation or vacation period.

- Go to the Appointments screen.

- The Appointments Settings screen will be displayed.
- Press the Add button located at the top of the screen and select the Add Hol. option.
