There are several options to activate or deactivate vacation periods and holidays.
Option #1
Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
Select the Settings option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Press the Office button and then press the Appointments option.
- The Appointments Settings screen will be displayed.
- Select the holiday or vacation period you wish to activate or deactivate.
Press the icon, if you want to deactivate the selected row.
Press the icon, if you want to activate the selected row.
Important Note: means that this record is active, means that this record is deactivated.
Option #2
- Press the Settings button in the main menu.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Press the Office button and then press the Appointments option.
- The Appointments Settings screen will be displayed.
- Select the holiday or vacation period you wish to activate or deactivate.
Press the icon, if you want to deactivate the selected row.
Press the icon, if you want to activate the selected row.
Important Note: means that this record is active, means that this record is deactivated.
Option #3
- Go to the Appointments screen.
- Press the Settings button, located on the right side of the screen.
- The Appointments Settings screen will be displayed.
- Select the holiday or vacation period you wish to activate or deactivate.
Press the icon, if you want to deactivate the selected row.
Press the icon, if you want to activate the selected row.
Important Note: means that this record is active, means that this record is deactivated.
