There are several options to activate or deactivate vacation periods and holidays.
Option #1
Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen.
Select the Settings option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Press the Office button and then press the Appointments option.
- The Appointments Settings screen will be displayed.
- Select the holiday or vacation period you wish to activate or deactivate.
- Press the icon, if you want to deactivate the selected row.
- Press the icon, if you want to activate the selected row.
- Important Note: means that this record is active, means that this record is deactivated.
Option #2
- Press the Settings button in the main menu.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Press the Office button and then press the Appointments option.
- The Appointments Settings screen will be displayed.
- Select the holiday or vacation period you wish to activate or deactivate.
- Press the icon, if you want to deactivate the selected row.
- Press the icon, if you want to activate the selected row.
- Important Note: means that this record is active, means that this record is deactivated.
Option #3
- Go to the Appointments screen.
- Press the Settings button, located on the right side of the screen.
- The Appointments Settings screen will be displayed.
- Select the holiday or vacation period you wish to activate or deactivate.
- Press the icon, if you want to deactivate the selected row.
- Press the icon, if you want to activate the selected row.
- Important Note: means that this record is active, means that this record is deactivated.
