There are several options to activate or deactivate vacation periods and holidays.  


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Office button and then press the Appointments option. 


  • The Appointments Settings screen will be displayed.


  • Select the holiday or vacation period you wish to activate or deactivate.  


  • Press the icon, if you want to deactivate the selected row.
  • Press the icon, if you want to activate the selected row.
    • Important Note: means that this record is active, means that this record is deactivated.


Option #2

  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Office button and then press the Appointments option. 


  • The Appointments Settings screen will be displayed.


  • Select the holiday or vacation period you wish to activate or deactivate.  


  • Press the icon, if you want to deactivate the selected row.
  • Press the icon, if you want to activate the selected row.
    • Important Note: means that this record is active, means that this record is deactivated.


Option #3

  • Go to the Appointments screen. 
  • Press the Settings button, located on the right side of the screen.


  • The Appointments Settings screen will be displayed.


  • Select the holiday or vacation period you wish to activate or deactivate.  


  • Press the icon, if you want to deactivate the selected row.
  • Press the icon, if you want to activate the selected row.
    • Important Note: means that this record is active, means that this record is deactivated.
