- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Click on the Calls button located in the Side Bar section. Or click on the
Search button located at the left side of screen and then select the Calls button.
- The following screen will be displayed:
Select the phone call you wish to edit.
Once selected, click on the Edit button located at the top of screen.
The phone call information section will be enabled.
Click on the Save button in order to store changes.
