• Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen. 
  • Click on the Calls button located in the Side Bar section. Or click on theSearch button located at the left side of screen and then select the Calls button.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the phone call you wish to delete.

  • Once selected, click on the Delete button located at the top of screen. 

  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:


  • Click on the Yes button in order to delete the phone call. 
  • Click on the No button in order to cancel action. 
  • The phone call will be automatically deleted.
