• Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen. 
  • Click on the Smoking Status button located in the Side Bar section. Or click on theSearch button located at the upper left side of screen and then select the Smoking Status option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Fill all the required fields.


  • Select the Cessation Consultation option if patient was oriented or informed of the importance of quitting smoke. 


  • Press the Save button to store changes.
