How to print a Disclosure report?

In the main menu, press the Clinical button.

The following screen will be displayed:

Select the patient for whom you want to print the Disclosures report. (The user can select the patient from the Todays Patients, Open Progress Notes or Search sections).
Then, press the Disclosures button, located at the top of the screen.

The following screen will be displayed:

Select the Disclosure you wish to print.
Then, press the Print button, located at the top of the screen.

Automatically, the report will be displayed for printing.
