• Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen. 
  • Click on the Settings button located at the top pf screen and then select the Phrase Settings option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:

 

  • Make a click over the phrase description and make any modifications.


  • Once the selected phrase is edited, click on the Save button in order to store changes.
