• Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen. 
  • Click on the Advanced Progress Note screen and then select the Phrase Settings option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Make a right click over the phrase you want to delete and select Delete Selected Phrase to remove from list.  

  • The following confirmation message will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Yes button in order to delete the selected phrase. 
  • Click on the No button to cancel action. 

  • The selected phrase will be deleted automatically.
