There are several options to access and print a daily report of products sold. 


Option #1

  • In the main menu, press the “Patients” button. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Click on the “Billing” button located at the top of the screen and select the “Daily Purchases - Purchase Payments” option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the dates you wish to see the daily report displayed.
  • Once the dates have been selected, press the “Print” button.

      

  • Select all the parameters you want to see displayed in the report. 
  • Once selected, click on the “Submit” button.


  • To save the document, press the “Save” button, located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the “Save” button after completing the modifications.
  • To select the report configuration and print, press the “Print” button located at the top of the screen.
  • The following screen will be displayed. Make the corresponding adjustments and then press the “Ok” button to print the report. 
  • If you wish to print the report automatically with the “Default” settings, press the “Quick Print” button. 
  • The report will print automatically. 
  • To configure the way the report is displayed, press the “Page Setup” button.
  • The following screen will be displayed. Make all the changes and then click on the OK button.
  • To enlarge or minimize the report to a percentage of its actual size, press the “Scale” button.
  • The following screen will be displayed to make the corresponding adjustments.
  • Then, press the “Ok” button.


  • To export the report according to the format of your choice, click on the arrow next to the “Export” button.  


  • Or, click on the “Export” button. 
  • In both cases, the following screen will be displayed to make the corresponding adjustments. 
  • Then, click on the "Ok" button.        
  • To export and send to an e-mail, click on the arrow next to the “Send” button and select the format of your choice. 


  • Or, press the “Send” button. 

    In both cases, the following screen will be displayed to make the corresponding settings. 

    Then, press the “OK” button.  

  • To place any text or image above or behind the report, press the “Watermark” button.


  • The following screen will be displayed to make the desired adjustments (For this example the word “Confidential” was selected to be displayed above the report).
  • Then, press the “OK” button.


  • This will display the report for the claims period:


Option #2
  • Click on the "QuickLinks" text, located at the top of the screen.
  • Choose the "Patients" option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Click on the “Billing” button located at the top of the screen and select the “Daily Purchases - Purchase Payments” option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the dates you wish to see the daily report displayed.
  • Once the dates have been selected, press the “Print” button.

      

  • Select all the parameters you want to see displayed in the report. 
  • Once selected, click on the “Submit” button.

  • The following screen will be displayed:
