How to document the information on the developmental indicators of a pediatric patient?

Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
Press the Development MileStones button, located in the Side Bar section.

Or, click on the Search button located at the top of the screen and select the Development MileStones option.
The following screen will be displayed:

Begin documenting information on pediatric patient developmental indicators.

Once you have finished entering the information, press the Save button.
