Option #1

• Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
• Click on the OB Summary link, located in the Patient Dashboard section.

• The following screen will be displayed:
  

• Select the prenatal visit, which you want to modify.
• Once selected, press the Edit Visit button.

• The following screen will be displayed:

• Make the corresponding modifications.
• Once you have modified the information, press the Save button to save the changes. 

Option #2

• Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
• Click on the More button, located next to the OB Summar link, in the Patient Dashboard section and select the Open Full Page option.

• The following screen will be displayed:
  

• Select the prenatal visit, which you want to modify.
• Once selected, press the Edit Visit button.

• The following screen will be displayed:

• Make the corresponding modifications.
• Once you have modified the information, press the Save button to save the changes. 

Option #3

• Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
• Press the Pregnancy button, located in the Side Bar section.

• Or, press the Search button located on the left side of the screen and select the Pregnancy button.
• The following screen will be displayed:

• Select the prenatal visit, which you want to modify.
• Once selected, press the Edit Visit button.

• The following screen will be displayed:

• Make the corresponding modifications.
• Once you have modified the information, press the Save button to save the changes.
