Existen varias opciones, para acceder al reporte del historial de signos vitales del paciente. 


Option #1 

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Click on the Vital Signs link, located in the Patient Dashboard section.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Print button, located at the top of the screen.

  • Automatically, the patient's vital signs history report will be displayed for printing.

Option #2

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Press the More button, located in the Patient Dashboard section and select the Open Full Page option.


  • Or, press the right mouse button and select the Open Full Page option.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Print button, located at the top of the screen.

  • Automatically, the patient's vital signs history report will be displayed for printing.


Option #3

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Click on the Simple Vital Sign link in the Patient Dashboard section.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Print button, located at the top of the screen.

  • Automatically, the patient's vital signs history report will be displayed for printing.

Option #4

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Press the Vital Signs Main button, located in the Side Bar section.


  • Or, press the Search button located at the top left of the screen and select the Vital Signs Main option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Print button, located at the top of the screen.

  • Automatically, the patient's vital signs history report will be displayed for printing.
