There are several options for configuring the clinical task templates. 


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Clinical Task Templates option.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the New button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • The screen for configuring the template will be enabled. 


  • Write the description of the template, in the Description field. 


  • Then, select whether it will be assigned to a specific provider. If not, you can leave the provider field blank.


  • If you wish, you can write a note related to the template.  


Medications

  • To add medications to the template, click on the Available Medications link in the Quick Treatment section. Similarly, you can click on the Medications link in the Patient Treatment section. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Or, select the previously configured medications in the Quick Treatment section. Once selected, they will automatically be displayed in the Patient Treatment section. 


Orders

  • To add associated orders to the template, click on the Available Orders link in the Quick Treatment section. Similarly, you can click on the Orders link in the Patient Treatment section. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the orders you want to add to the template and then press the Save button.

  • Or, select the orders, previously configured, in the Quick Treatment section.

  • Once selected, they will automatically be displayed in the Patient Treatment section.

Procedures

  • To add associated procedures to the template, click on the Available Procedures link in the Quick Treatment section. Similarly, you can click on the Procedures link in the Patient Treatment section. 

  • The following screen will be displayed:

  • Select the procedures, which you want to add to the template and then press the Save button.

  • Or, select the previously configured procedures in the Quick Treatment section. Once selected, they will automatically be displayed in the Patient Treatment section. 


General

  • To add related information to the template, click on the General link, located in the Patient Treatment section. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Fill in the information for the specific new task and then press the Save button.


ICD Codes

  • To add associated diagnosis codes to the template, click on the ICD Codes link, located in the Patient Treatment section.  


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Once you have completed the template, press the Save button located at the top of the screen. 


Option #2
  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Click on the Clinical button and then select the Clinical Task Templates option.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the New button, located at the top of the screen. 


  • The screen for configuring the template will be enabled. 


  • Write the description of the template, in the Description field. 


  • Then, select whether it will be assigned to a specific provider. If not, you can leave the provider field blank.


  • If you wish, you can write a note related to the template.
