How to document when patient does not have allergies?

Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
Go to the Allergies section.
Press the Allergies blue link.

Once in the Allergies & Adverse Reactions screen select any of the two following options: No Known Drug Allergies y No Known Allergies.

Important Note: To perform this action patient cant have any active allergy.
