Numerator

Patient with some allergy registered or reviewed. 

What to do in EHRez?

You must register at least one allergy to patient in the Allergies screen. In cases where patient does not have any allergy you can press the No Allergies, No Drug Allergies button. In cases where allergies are registered in system you can press the Allergies Reviewed button. The numerator goal is 80%.
