Note: These instructions apply to the different tabs displayed on the screen.


There are several options to configure the settings in the Clinical Evaluation screen.


Option #1

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Press the Chief Complaint button, located in the Side Bar section.


  • Or, click on the Search button located at the top left of the screen and select the Chief Complaint option.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the options you wish to add to the patient's clinical evaluation and then press the Save button.
  • In the first column that appears in the Present Illness tab, press the right mouse button.
  • Select the Add Item option to add the option to the list.


  • The Option Editor screen will be displayed.
  • Fill in all the corresponding fields and then press the Save button.

         

  • Select the type of control, the user has, to select two options:         
    Tipo de Control
    Despliegue
    Yes Control
    Yes No Control


  • Select the template of the options that will contain that new option. If you select the Template, the option will already contain its sub-categories.
    • Note: The Templates to be used when adding the options are configured in Settings / Clinical / Clinical Templates Symptoms.
  • Press the Ok button.
  • It will add it to the end of the list.
  • Select the Sort Alphabetically option to put the list in alphabetical order and view the added option.


Option #2

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Click on the Chief Complaint link, located in the Clinical Evaluation section.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the options you wish to add to the patient's clinical evaluation and then press the Save button.
  • In the first column that appears, in the Present Illness tab, press the right mouse button.
  • Select the Add Item option to add the option to the list.


  • The Option Editor screen will be displayed.
  • Fill in all the corresponding fields and then press the Save button.

         

  • Select the type of control, the user has, to select two options:
