There are several options for adding a sub-category to an option in the Clinical Evaluation screen.


Option #1

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Press the Chief Complaint, Past History, Physical Exam, ROS or Triage button, located in the Side Bar section.


  • Or, press the Search button located at the top left of the screen and select Chief Complaint, Past History, Physical Exam, ROS or Triage.
  • The following screen will be displayed, depending on your selection.


  • Select the option, which you want to add a sub-category.
  • Once selected, press the right mouse button and select the Add Child option.


  • The Option Editor screen will be displayed.

      

  • Type in the corresponding fields and select the options, which you want to add to the option.
  • Once the information is completed, press the Save button.
  • The option will be displayed in the following table, once you press the option, which was modified.


Option #2

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Click on the Chief Complaint link, located in the Clinical Evaluation section.


  • The following screen will be displayed, depending on your selection.


  • Select the option, which you want to add a sub-category.
  • Once selected, press the right mouse button and select the Add Child option.


  • The Option Editor screen will be displayed.

      

  • Type in the corresponding fields and select the options, which you want to add to the option.
  • Once the information is completed, press the Save button.
  • The option will be displayed in the following table, once the option that was modified is pressed.
