There are several options for documenting a prenatal visit.

Option #1

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Click on the OB Summary link, located in the Patient Dashboard section.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add Visit button.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Proceed to record the prenatal visit information.
  • The following are required fields: Type, Date, Weeks Gestation and Blood Pressure.
  • Once you have completed recording the information, press the Save button.


  • It will automatically be displayed on the OB Information screen.


Option #2

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Click on the More button, located next to the OB Summary link, in the Patient Dashboard section and select the Open Full Page option.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add Visit button.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Proceed to record the prenatal visit information.
  • The following are required fields: Type, Date, Weeks Gestation and Blood Pressure.
  • Once you have completed recording the information, press the Save button.


  • It will automatically be displayed on the OB Information screen.


Option #3

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
  • Press the Pregnancy button, located in the Side Bar section.


  • Or, press the Search button located on the left side of the screen and select the Pregnancy button.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Press the Add Visit button.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Proceed to record the prenatal visit information.
  • The following are required fields: Type, Date, Weeks Gestation and Blood Pressure.
  • Once you have completed recording the information, press the Save button.


  • It will automatically be displayed on the OB Information screen.
