In order to change the status of a diagnosis, it must first be edited.
Option #1
- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Click on the Problem List text, located in the Patient Dashboard section.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the diagnosis and then press the Edit button.
- The Edit Problem List screen will be displayed.
- Change the status from Active to Inactive if you wish to deactivate or select the Resolved option if you wish to indicate that it is resolved.
Press the Save button to save the changes.
Option #2
- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Click on the More button, located next to the Problem List link and select the Open Full Page option.
- Or, press the right mouse button and select the Open Full Page option.
- In both cases, the following screen will be displayed:
- Select the diagnosis and then press the Edit button.
- The Edit Problem List screen will be displayed.
- Change the status from Active to Inactive if you wish to deactivate or select the Resolved option if you wish to indicate that it is resolved.
Press the Save button to save the changes.
Option #3
- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Click on the Problem List link, located in the Clinical Evaluation section, or click on the Add button in that section. Or, click on the Add button in that section (It must be configured in the Progress Notes Templates Settings screen).
- In both cases, the following screen will be displayed:
- Select the diagnosis and then press the Edit button.
- The Edit Problem List screen will be displayed.
- Change the status from Active to Inactive if you wish to deactivate or select the Resolved option if you wish to indicate that it is resolved.
Press the Save button to save the changes.
