Description

Screen designed for auditors to perform audits on selected progress notes.

Access

The auditor, identified by the username "Audit" and a specific password, can access the application. Pre-configuration of the system is necessary to utilize this interface.

Configuration

To display progress notes on this screen, they must be selected by an authorized user. This can be done through the Settings / General / Progress Note Audit screen.

Sections

Buttons

• Select All: Enables the selection of all progress notes displayed on the screen.
• Include Dem: Pressing it, enables the printing of the patient's demographic information report.
• Print: Pressing it, enables the progress note display to be printed.
• Export: When activated, it enables you to save the selected progress notes in PDF format to a different location.
• Encryptor: Enables the encryption of a file or folder containing clinical data.
• Documents: Previously referred to as "Images," this is the section where all patient documents and images, are displayed.
• Order Results: Display all the patient's order results.
• Procedures: Displays all the patient's procedures. 
• Medications: Displays all the patient's active medications. 
• Exit: Closes screen. 
• Table: Displays all progress notes designated for audit.
