Description

This error occurs when attempting to access EHRez if your computer's language is not set to English (United States) or if the date format does not match the required format (M/d/yyyy), such as 2/16/2023. The specific requirements that trigger the error may vary based on your operating system's configuration, which could be one or both of the aforementioned settings. After adjusting these settings accordingly, you may proceed to access the application.


Settings for Windows 10

  • To modify the date format, use the search function to locate the Control Panel on your computer.


  • The screen that will be displayed is as follows:


  • Click on the Change date, time or number formats link. 


  • Choose the "English (United States)" format in the Region settings.


  • Please ensure the following format is selected:


  • After making your selection, press the "Aceptar" button.


  • The format of the date will automatically adjust to the one selected..


  • To switch languages, click on the Settings icon on your computer.


  • The screen that will be displayed is as follows:


  • Choose the "Time and Language" option.


  • To switch languages, choose the "Region" settings.


  • Choose "United States" for the Region and select "English (United States)" as the Regional Format.


  • Next, choose the Language option.


  • The screen that will be displayed is as follows:


  • If English is not listed among the options, click the 'Add' button.


  • To change the language setting to "English (United States)," navigate to the language options and select it from the list.
  • Choose all the options, then click the 'Install' button.


  • A message will be displayed indicating that the process may take a few minutes.


  • The following screen will appear automatically. Click 'Yes, sign out now' to proceed.


  • The system is scheduled for reinstallation.
  • After restarting your computer or laptop, you should be able to connect to our application.


Settings for Windows 11

  • To alter the date format, navigate to the Control Panel on your computer.


  • The screen that will be displayed is as follows:


  • Click on the link to change date, time, or number formats.


  • Choose the "English (United States)" format in the Region settings.


  • Ensure that the date format M/d/y is selected.


  • After making your selection, click the 'Aceptar' button.


  • The format of the date will automatically adjust to the one selected.


  • To switch the language, click on the Settings icon on your computer.


  • The screen that will be displayed is as follows:


  • Choose the Time and Language option.

  • To alter the language settings, choose the Language and Region option.


  • Choose "United States" for the Country or Region section and "English (United States)" for the Regional Format section.


  • Next, proceed to the Language section. 
  • If English is not listed among the language options, click the Add button.


  • Navigate to the language settings and choose the "English (United States)" option. 


  • Then, press the 'Next' button.. 


  • Choose all options and click the 'Install' button.


  • A message will be displayed indicating that it may take a few minutes.


  • To restart the system, press the Log Out button. (Note: Pressing the Sign Out button is essential for the language change to take effect.)
     
  • The system will be reinstalled once again.
  • After restarting your computer or laptop, you will be able to connect to our application.
