Instructions that applies in the different tabs displayed in screen. 


  • Press the Chief Complaint button in the Clinical Evaluation screen. 
  • Press a right click in mouse over the first chart displayed in the HPI tab. 
  • Select the Add Item to add an option from list.


  • The Option Editor screen will be displayed.
  • Write a description of the option in the Description field.


  • Select the control type. User has to option to select:

 

  • Select the Template of the option that will contain this new options. If  Template selected option will contain the sub-categories.
    • Note: The Templates used to add options configures in Settings / Clinical / Clinical Templates Symptoms. 
  • Press Ok. 
  • It will be added at the end of list.
  • Select the Sort Alphabetically option to organize list in alphabetic order to see the option added.
