Note: These instructions apply to the different tabs displayed on the screen.
There are several options to configure the settings in the Clinical Evaluation screen.
Option #1
- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Press the Chief Complaint button, located in the Side Bar section.
Or, click on the Search button located at the top left of the screen and select the Chief Complaint option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the options you wish to add to the patient's clinical evaluation and then press the Save button.
- In the first column that appears in the Present Illness tab, press the right mouse button.
- Select the Add Item option to add the option to the list.
- The Option Editor screen will be displayed.
- Fill in all the corresponding fields and then press the Save button.
- Select the type of control, the user has, to select two options: Tipo de ControlDespliegue
Yes Control Yes No Control
- Select the template of the options that will contain that new option. If you select the Template, the option will already contain its sub-categories.
- Note: The Templates to be used when adding the options are configured in Settings / Clinical / Clinical Templates Symptoms.
- Press the Ok button.
- It will add it to the end of the list.
Select the Sort Alphabetically option to put the list in alphabetical order and view the added option.
Option #2
- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Click on the Chief Complaint link, located in the Clinical Evaluation section.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the options you wish to add to the patient's clinical evaluation and then press the Save button.
- In the first column that appears, in the Present Illness tab, press the right mouse button.
