BeforeMust create a "Referral Templates" in the "Settings / Clinical / Referral Template Settings" screen. 

• Read the following article: How to create a referral template?

• Press the Add Referral button in the Advanced Progress Note screen. 
• The Patient Referral screen will be opened. 
• Select Template.

• Once template is selected press theicon to be applied.

• By selecting Template you will noticed that provider is automatically selected.

• The Print Output option also will be displayed.

• The Referral Reason and Conclusion fields will be automatically filled according how it was created the Template. 

• Press the Save to store and print the referral. (It will only be printed if the "Print Output" option is selected).
  •  Note: If the specialty and then provider are selected by "default" it will only be displayed the specialty in report. If you wish to provider name to be displayed in report, do not select the specialty when creating "Template".
