There are several options to indicate that the patient has been seen and dismissed from the office.
Option #1
- Go to the Workflow screen.
- Click on the Workflow Items tab.
- Select the patient that has already been seen and left the office or facility. \Once selected, press the Discharge Patient button, located to the far right of the patient.
- The following confirmation message will be displayed:
- Press the Yes button to indicate that the patient has left the office.
- Press the No button to cancel the action.
- Automatically, the patient will no longer appear on the screen.
Option #2
- Or, press the More Options button, located on the far right of the selected patient.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the Discharged Patient option.
- The following confirmation message will be displayed:
- Press the Yes button to indicate that the patient has left the office or center.
- Press the No button to cancel the action.
- Automatically, the patient will no longer appear on the screen.
- If you wish to view the patients who have been discharged from the office, press the Discharged Patients button located at the top of the screen.
- The following screen will be displayed: (Note: The Workflow screen will display the date filter two days prior to the current date). Example:
