There are several options to indicate that the patient has been seen and dismissed from the office. 


Option #1

  • Go to the Workflow screen. 
  • Click on the Workflow Items tab. 
  • Select the patient that has already been seen and left the office or facility. \Once selected, press the Discharge Patient button, located to the far right of the patient.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:


  • Press the Yes button to indicate that the patient has left the office.
  • Press the No button to cancel the action.
  • Automatically, the patient will no longer appear on the screen.


Option #2

  • Or, press the More Options button, located on the far right of the selected patient. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the Discharged Patient option.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:


  • Press the Yes button to indicate that the patient has left the office or center.
  • Press the No button to cancel the action.
  • Automatically, the patient will no longer appear on the screen.
  • If you wish to view the patients who have been discharged from the office, press the Discharged Patients button located at the top of the screen.


  • The following screen will be displayed: (Note: The Workflow screen will display the date filter two days prior to the current date). Example:
