- Go to the Workflow screen.
- Go to the Arrivals section and select the patient, which you want to remove from the list.
- Once selected, press the Remove Patient button.
- The following confirmation message will be displayed:
- Press the Yes button to confirm that you want to remove the patient from the list.
- Press the No button to cancel the action.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- If a reason exists, select it and then press the Save button.
- If there is no reason for which you want to remove the patient, press the Edit button to add the reason.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Once selected and after pressing the Save button, the patient will automatically be removed from the Arrivals section.
- If you want to automatically display by Default one of the reasons why you are removing the patient from the list, select it in the Default Value field. Once selected, press the Save button.
- Press the Dismissals History button, located at the top of the screen, to view the patients, who have left without being seen.
