There are several options for changing the patient's location.
Option #1
- Go to the Workflow screen.
- Click on the Workflow Items tab.
- Select the patient, for which you want to change the location.
- Once selected, press the Add New Location button, located on the right side of the screen.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the Office Locations option.
- Select the provider, who will attend the patient, in the Providers field.
- Also, you can write any notes related to the patient's location.
- Once you have completed the editing, press the Save button.
- The change of the patient's location will be displayed automatically.
Option #2
- Click on the Workflow Items tab.
- Select the patient, to which you want to change the location.
- Press the More Options button, located at the far right of the selected patient.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the Change Room Location option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select the Office Locations option.
- Select the provider, who will attend the patient, in the Providers field.
- Also, you can write any notes related to the patient's location.
- Once you have completed the editing, press the Save button.
- The change of the patient's location will be displayed automatically.
