There are several options for changing the patient's location. 


Option #1

  • Go to the Workflow screen. 
  • Click on the Workflow Items tab. 
  • Select the patient, for which you want to change the location. 
  • Once selected, press the Add New Location button, located on the right side of the screen.

 

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the Office Locations option.


  • Select the provider, who will attend the patient, in the Providers field.

         

  • Also, you can write any notes related to the patient's location.
  • Once you have completed the editing, press the Save button. 
  • The change of the patient's location will be displayed automatically. 


Option #2

  • Click on the Workflow Items tab. 
  • Select the patient, to which you want to change the location. 
  • Press the More Options button, located at the far right of the selected patient.


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the Change Room Location option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Select the Office Locations option.


  • Select the provider, who will attend the patient, in the Providers field.


  • Also, you can write any notes related to the patient's location.
  • Once you have completed the editing, press the Save button. 
  • The change of the patient's location will be displayed automatically.
