LEYEND:

  • Phase I: Only shows the bar.
  • Phase II: Displays the bar + application functions will stop working according to the the status of user's account.

If entering to the EHRez program a red  bar is displayed.
  • Status account is: CANCELLED or INACTIVE.
  • In the Services Desk/ Dev. Team / Assignment screen is misconfigured. 
  • The contract status is empty or is not On Alert or Active.
  • There is a problem between the Assignment vs the Contract (Contact Francis Berrios, in the Development Department).
  • Server has more than 30 days without checking status.

User cannot record in the EHRez program. (**Applies only in Phase II*)

  • Check before if you are in the correct account by entering in the About of the program. 
  • If it's the correct account and the error continues contact Hector Torres in the Development department.

This bar is shown when user has more than 30 days without connecting to internet. 

If EHPU does not have the last version.

User cannot record in the EHRez program. (** Applies only in Phase II**) 

User must connect the computer to.
