• Under the Legislation section press the EHR Incentive Programs link.


  • Press the 2014 Clinical Quality Measures link located on the left side of screen.


  • Go to Related links at the end of document press the CMS eCQM Library link.


  • Select section 2015 CQM Eligible Professionals. 
  • In the eCQM for eReporting for the 2016 Reporting Period section press the 2014 eCQMs Specifications for Eligible Professionals Update June 2015 link to download the specifications of each of the measures. Yo will get a wider knowledge of each measures.

     

         


  • Will start a download file called  2014_eCQM_EligibleProfessional_June 2015, this file contains detailed information of each of the measures.
