STEP I: ACTIVE THE CONFIGURATION OF "misResultados".

  • Go to Service Desk (www.ehppr.com)
  • Search for provider.
  • Once provider account is found go to the area called Oficinas.
    • Note: In cases of the Centers, search for the center name, and in the "Oficinas" area search for the provider name. 


  • Press Ver button next to provider.
  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • The column called Mi Resultadohas to be changed to True.



STEP II: "misResultados" PROVIDER MUST BE CONFIGURED 

  • Francis Berrios, is the person in charge of all communication with misResultados in order to include provider in the network.
  • Please keep contact with him to have provider informed.


STEP III: Verify that the EHPU is running

  •  Before proceeding, verify that the EHPU is running fine.
