Numerator

Prescriptions / medications order performed, few were electronic.  

Exclusion

Providers with less than 100 prescriptions during the evaluation period. 

What to do in EHRez?

Create and send the prescriptions electronically if its always allowed (exclude controlled medications). The measure goal is that 40% of  prescriptions are electronic. 

Steps to upload measure

• In the Side Bar of the Advanced Progress Note screen select the Drug Prescription button. 

• The Search Medication screen will be displayed. 
• Select the medications to be included in prescription.
