Add Referral	Register a patients referral when necessary. Send the Clinical Summary (CCDA) electronically to provider for evaluation. Change the Pending status to Complete of the referral brought by the patient. Close Patient Encounter	Send clinical summary to patients portal. Handle a printed clinical summary to patient by selecting the Print Clinical Summary option.
