- Navigate to the Appointments screen.
- Identify the appointment for the new patient.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Please choose the 'New Patient' option.
- Click on the "Create Record" button when the cursor is positioned over the patient's option.
- Alternatively, select a patient and then click the 'Patient Details' button, which is located at the top of the screen in the Side Panel section.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Select patient's gender.
- Select the patient's date of birth.
- Then, select the 'Go to Patient Details' option and click on the 'Save' button.
- The Patient Details screen will be displayed.
- Important: Ensure that the patient's first name is displayed in the 'First' area and the patient's last name is in the 'Last' area of the second-to-last field.
- Complete the following required fields: Race, Ethnicity, Civil Status, Birth Status, Mobile, Physical Address, and Primary Language.
- To save changes, click on the Save button, located at the top of screen.
- To return to the Appointments screen, click on the Previous button.
