• Navigate to the Appointments screen.
  • Identify the appointment for the new patient.


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Please choose the 'New Patient' option.
     
  • Click on the "Create Record" button when the cursor is positioned over the patient's option.


  • Alternatively, select a patient and then click the 'Patient Details' button, which is located at the top of the screen in the Side Panel section.


  • The following screen will be displayed:
  • Select patient's gender.
  • Select the patient's date of birth.
  • Then, select the 'Go to Patient Details' option and click on the 'Save' button.


  • The Patient Details screen will be displayed.
    • Important: Ensure that the patient's first name is displayed in the 'First' area and the patient's last name is in the 'Last' area of the second-to-last field.
  • Complete the following required fields: Race, Ethnicity, Civil Status, Birth Status, Mobile, Physical Address, and Primary Language.
  • To save changes, click on the Save button, located at the top of screen. 
  • To return to the Appointments screen, click on the Previous button.
