There are several options to deactivate the patient's allergies.
Option #1
- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Click on the Allergies link, located in the Patient Dashboard section.
- The Allergies & Adverse Reactions screen will be displayed:
- Select the allergy, which you want to deactivate.
- Once selected, press the Deactivate button located at the top of the screen.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Enter the reason, why you want to deactivate the allergy.
- Press the Ok button to save the changes.
Option #2
- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Press the More button, located in the Patient Dashboard section and select the Open Full Page option.
- Or, press the right mouse button and select the Open Full Page option.
- In both scenarios, the Allergies & Adverse Reactions screen will be displayed.
- Select the allergy, which you want to deactivate.
- Once selected, press the Deactivate button located at the top of the screen.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Enter the reason, why you want to deactivate the allergy.
- Press the Ok button to save the changes.
Option #3
- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Select the allergy you want to deactivate, in the Patient Dashboard section.
- Then, press the right mouse button and select the Deactivate Allergy option.
- Or, click on the More button in the Patient Dashboard section and select the Deactivate Allergy option.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Type the reason, why you are deactivating the allergy and then, press the Ok button.
Option #4
- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Press the Main Allergies button, located in the Side Bar section.
- Or, click on the Search button, located at the top left of the screen and select the Main Allergies button.
- The Allergies & Adverse Reactions screen will be displayed:
- Select the allergy, which you want to deactivate.
- Once selected, press the Deactivate button located at the top of the screen.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Enter the reason, why you want to deactivate the allergy.
- Press the Ok button to save the changes.
Option #5
- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Click on the Allergies link, located in the Clinical Evaluation section.
- Or, press the Add button, located at the end of the section.
- In both scenarios, the Allergies & Adverse Reactions screen will be displayed.
- Select the allergy, which you want to deactivate.
- Once selected, press the Deactivate button located at the top of the screen.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Enter the reason, why you want to deactivate the allergy.
- Press the Ok button to save the changes.
