There are several options to document when a patient does not have allergies.
Option #1
- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Click on the Allergies link in the Patient Dashboard section.

- The following screen will be displayed:

- If the patient has no documented allergies, a message will automatically be displayed in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

- The message will also be displayed in the Allergies section of the Patient Dashboard.

Option #2
- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Press the More button, located in the Allergies section of the Patient Dashboard panel.
- Select the Open Full Page option.

- The following screen will be displayed:

- If the patient has no documented allergies, a message will automatically be displayed in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

- The message will also be displayed in the Allergies section of the Patient Dashboard.

Option #3
- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Press the Main Allergies button, located in the Side Bar section.

- Or, press the Search button, located at the top left of the screen and select the Main Allergies option.
- In both cases, the following screen will be displayed:

- If the patient has no documented allergies, a message will automatically be displayed in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

- The message will also be displayed in the Allergies section of the Patient Dashboard.

Option #4
- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Click on the Allergies link, located in the Clinical Evaluation section.
- Or, press the Add button, located at the end of the section.

- In both cases, the following screen will be displayed:

- If the patient has no documented allergies, a message will automatically be displayed in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

- The message will also be displayed in the Allergies section of the Patient Dashboard.
