Description

Screen displays the order groups configured for a specific diagnosis code.  


Configuration

Go to Settings / Clinical / Order Sets to configure the orders sets for a specific diagnosis. 


Access 


Through the Side Bar section: To add the Order Set button to the Side Bar of the Progress Note screen, click on the Settings button on the toolbar. Then, choose the Side Bar Settings option. From the available items on the right, drag and drop the Order Set item into the items window on the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Finally, click the Save button to apply the changes. The Side Bar will refresh, and the Order Set button will now be visible under the chosen category.

Through the Search section: Click on the Search button located on the left side of the screen, then select the Order Set button.

Through the Procedures screen: Click on the Order Sets button, located at the top of the Procedures screen.  

A través de "Clinical Evaluation": Click on the 'Order Sets' button, located at the top of the Clinical Evaluation screen.  


Sections


Buttons

  • Select All: Allows to select all the sections of the Order Set. 
  • Send Educations by email: Allows to send the patients education via email. 
  • Print Orders: The system enables printing of the created orders once the 'Print Orders' button is selected.
  • Print Referrals: Allows to print the referrals created in the Order Set once the Print Referrals button is selected. 
  • Process: The Order Set Review screen is displayed to confirm the addition of the Order Set to the patient's file by pressing the save button.
  • Previous: Closes screen. 
  • My Order Sets: Displays the order sets created by the logged-in user.
  • All Order Sets: Display order sets created by all providers.
  • Order Sets: Displays all orders generated from the Order Set Settings screen.
  • Authorized Providers: Allows to select the authorized provider. 


Order Sets Sections

  • Diagnostics: Displays the diagnosis related to the chosen Order Set.
  • Providers: Shows the provider responsible for creating the Order Set.
  • Orders: Displays all the orders included in the chosen Order Set.
  • Dx: Allows to select the diagnosis related to the Order Set.
  • Medications: Displays all the medications included in the selected Order Set.
  • Referrals: Shows the description that has been added to the referral within the chosen Order Set.
  • Tasks: Shows the tasks that have been added to the chosen Order Set.
  • Educations: Displays the educational aspects of the Order Set.
