There are several options to remove a specific patient profile from normal vital sign values. 


Option #1

  • Click on the QuickLinks text, located at the top of the screen. 

  • Select the Settings option.

  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Clinical button and then select the Vital Signs option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the specific patient profile you wish to delete.
  • Once selected, press the Delete button located at the top of the screen.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:


  • Press the Yes button to delete the profile of the specific patient. 
  • Press the No button to cancel the action.  


Option #2

  • Press the Settings button in the main menu. 


  • The following screen will be displayed: 


  • Press the Clinical button and then select the Vital Signs option. 


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the specific patient profile you wish to delete.
  • Once selected, press the Delete button located at the top of the screen.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:


  • Press the Yes button to delete the profile of the specific patient. 
  • Press the No button to cancel the action.  


Option #3

  • Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen. 

  • Then, go to the main patient vital signs recording screen. 

  • Press the Settings button, located at the top of the screen. 

  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Select the specific patient profile you wish to delete.
  • Once selected, press the Delete button located at the top of the screen.


  • The following confirmation message will be displayed:


  • Press the Yes button to delete the profile of the specific patient. 
  • Press the No button to cancel the action.
