Description
Screen used to create and manage profiles for normal values of vital signs. It is possible to establish both general and patient-specific profiles.
Access
- Through the Side Bar section: To access the Vital Signs Main button, click on it in the Side Bar on the Progress Note screen. Then, click the Settings button on the screen's toolbar. If the Vital Signs Main button is not visible: Click the Settings button on the Progress Note screen's toolbar, choose the Side Bar Settings option. From the available items on the right, select Vital Signs Main and drag it to the items window at the lower left corner of any Side Bar category. Click Save to apply the changes. The Side Bar will update, and the button will be displayed under the added category.

- Through the Search section: Click on the Search button located on the left side of the screen, then select the 'Vital Signs Main' button. Next, click on the 'Settings' button found on the screen's toolbar.

- Through the Patient Dashboard section: To access Vital Signs in the Patient Dashboard, click on the corresponding link or select the 'Add' button followed by the 'Open Full Page' option. Next, click on the 'Settings' button found on the screen's toolbar.

- Through the Settings screen: Navigate to the Settings screen and click on the Clinical button. Afterwards, choose the Vital Signs button.

Sections
Buttons
- New: Allows to create a new value profile.
- Edit: Allows to edit the selected profile.
- Delete: Allows you to delete the selected profile in the General Profiles section.
- Cancel: Cancels any changes on screen.
- Save: Save the changes on screen.
- Previous: Return to the previous screen.
Screen Sections
- General Profiles: Displays a list of general profiles.
- Patient Specific Profiles: Displaying a list of patient-specific profiles.
- Profiles Details:
- Profile Name:
- Check here to make patient specific: Check this option if the profile to be saved is for a specific patient.
- Gender: Gender to which the profile applies.
- Age Type: Hours, days, weeks, etc.
- System: Metric or English
- Vital Signs: Enter trigger values for the desired section(s): Weight, BMI, Temperature, Respiratory Rate, Pulse, Diastolic, Systolic and/or Head Circumference.
