• Go to the Vital Signs screen.  
  • Click on the Settings button located at the top of screen.  


  • The following screen will be displayed:


  • Click on the New button located at the top of screen to create a general profile. 


  • The Profile Details section will be enabled.


  • Write the profile name. For example, we selected a profile for adult's patients. (This field is required.)  
  • Select the gender to apply the normal values. For both genders, male or female. For example purposes, we selected for both genders. 
  • Select the Age Type, Age From and Age To. For example purposes, we selected the ages from 18 to 65.

        

  • Select the type of format you want the system to calculate the vital signs. For example purposes we selected the English format.


  • Enter the values from minimum from maximum. See example:

        

  • Click on the Save button to store the entries.
