How to print a clinical summary in order to give to patient?

Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
Once the clinical evaluation is completed, click on the Save button located at the top of screen.
Once in the Close Encounter screen select the Print Clinical Summary (PDF) option.

Fill the Encounter Billable Problem List and Encounter Procedures area with the corresponding information.
Press the Save and Close button.
The clinical summary will be displayed in screen, print and give to patient.
