How to record the signature of the patient and/or legal guardian at the time of closing the progress note?

Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
Perform the patient evaluation.
Once the clinical evaluation is completed, press the Save button located at the top of the screen.

The following screen will be displayed:

To record the signature of the patient or the patient's legal guardian, press the Signatures button located at the top of the screen:

When selecting the Patient Signature option, the following screen will be displayed:

When you select the Parent or guardian signature option, the following screen will be displayed:
