- Go to the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Once the clinical evaluation is completed, click on the Save button located at the top of screen.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Click on the F Codes button located at the top of screen in order for system identify the applicable codes.
- Select the Get F Codes option.
- Automatically, all F-codes that apply to the selected clinical evaluation will be displayed.
- Or, select the Payer F Codes option.
- The screen will automatically display the F-codes through the Payer measurements.
- Press the Save button, located at the top of the screen, to record them.
- The codes will automatically be displayed in the Encounter Procedures section.
- Continue with the save progress note process.
