Description
Displays the history of alerts created, for the selected patient. Double click on any entry, to view the alert details. (Does not include office alerts.)
Access
Through Main Menu
- Select the Patients button in the Main Menu.
- Choose a patient and then click the More button, which is located at the top of screen and then select the Alerts option.
- Next, choose Patient Alert History option.
Through QuickLinks
- Click on the QuickLinks text at the top of the Main Menu screen and select the Patients option.
- In the Patients screen, select a patient, then click on the More button at the top of the screen, and choose the Alerts option.
- Next, choose the Patient Alert History option.
Through Appointments
- Click on the Appointments button found in the Main Menu.
- On the Appointments screen, choose a patient and then select the Patient Details button found in the Side Panel section.
- On the Patients screen, click the More button and choose the Alerts option.
- Next, choose the Patient Alert History option.
Sections
- Close: Allows to close screen.
- Chart: Place where the alerts created for the patient will be displayed.
- Triggered On: Date when the alert was triggered.
- Triggered By: User who triggered the alert.
- Created On: Date the alert was created.
- Created By: User who created the alert.
- Campo de Nota: Alert description.
- Last Column: Select to activate o deactivate the alert.
