Description

Screen used to create patient alerts. They are customized by the user. They will be displayed the next time the user displays the “Appointments” screen or the “Patient Details” screen. (e.g., deductible payment reminder from previous visit).


Access


Through Main Menu

  • Select the 'Patients' button located in the Main Menu.
  • Choose a patient, then click the 'More' button at the top of the screen and select the 'Alerts' option.
  • Then, choose the 'New Patient Alert' option.

Through QuickLinks 

  • Click on the 'QuickLinks' text at the top of the screen within the Main Menu, and then select the 'Patients' option.
  • On the Patients screen, select a patient, then click the 'More' button at the top of the screen and choose the 'Alerts' option.
  • Next, choose the 'New Patient Alert' option.

Through Appointments 

  • Select the 'Appointments' button found in the Main Menu.
  • On the Appointments screen, select a patient and then click on the 'Patient Details' button, which is located in the Side Panel section.
  • On the Patients screen, click the "More" button and choose the "Alerts" option.
  • Then, choose the 'New Patient Alert' option. 


Sections

  • Save: Allows to save the configured alert. 
  • Close: Allows to close screen. 
  • Show In: Select the time interval you want the patient alert to be displayed. 
  • Providers / Groups: Allows you to select the provider or group to which the patient alert will be displayed. 
  • For: Allows you to select whether the alert will be administrative or clinical.
  • Chart: Place where to create the patient's alert.
