Blocking Account inID.me 

ID.me continues to look for ways to better serve its customers and providers by strengthening security practices and staying aligned with established requirements to mitigate fraud. ID.me users will have the opportunity for up to 10 unsuccessful login attempts before their account is blocked. If this occurs, the user may wait for a period of 72 hours and log in again or may attempt to reactivate their account by following the steps outlined in the ID.me portal. Once the user has successfully logged in, the attempts will be reset to 0.
