Through EHRez

From the main menu, under EHRez click on the Welcome tab, located at the top left of the screen, and select the Activate EPCS alternative.

• The Wizard window will be displayed to perform the steps to activate the EPCS service. In the first step of the Wizard, validate the AED number registered in EHRez for the physician and press Confirm. (If you need to edit the AED number, this should be done directly in the physician's profile in the Staff and Providers screen in EHRez).

Important Note: If the supplier already has an ID.me account, click on the Complete the verification link.

Steps to follow to create an account on the ID.me portal:

Step #2 Create an account on theID.me

• To create an account, on the ID.me portal, click on the Create a new one link. 

• The following screen will be displayed:

• Enter your email address, password and password confirmation. Once you have completed the registration, select the I accept the ID.me Terms of Service and Privacy Policy checkbox and then click the Create account button. 

• The following screen will be displayed for confirmation of your email address.
• Go to your email for email confirmation. Click on the Confirm your email button. 

• The following message will be displayed:

• The following screen will be displayed. The provider can select the method of his preference. 

• Click on Code Generator Application. 

• The following screen will be displayed: 

• Click on the Scan QR Code button. 

• Automatically, the code will be displayed. Proceed to scan, from your smartphone. 

• Once you have scanned the code, the following screen will be displayed. Then, identify your device and press the Continue button. (Note: You must press the Continue button instantly, as the code is constantly changing. If so, enter the one displayed in the application on your smart phone at that moment). 

• Automatically, the following screen will be displayed. Press the Continue button.
