Two steps to follow, when the provider's mobile device is lost or changed.
- In case of loss or change of the provider's mobile device, with which you used, to complete the required two-factor authentication for EPCS, you will need to download the Authenticator app again, via App Store / Google Play, on your new mobile device.
- Once downloaded, proceed to register the email credentials and password you used when you created your account in ID.me.
