From: Service Desk
- Write the user name and password.
- The following screen will be displayed:
- Press the Batman belt button located at the top pf the screen.
- Select the Client Setup option.

A screen will be displayed with the following message Do you want to allow this app to make changes to to your PC?, press the Yes button to continue with installation.
- Once the application is finished downloading, the following screen will be displayed with the server name
- Press the Refresh button to create the Instance.
- Press the Continue button.
- The following screen will be displayed where indicates the account information.
- Press the Continue button.

Screen will be displayed to indicate the requirements.
- Note: If a green light is displayed means that your equipment meets the requirements. If circle were red equipment does not meet with the minimum requirements.
- Press the Continue button.

Screen displayed will indicate were application will be stored.
- Note: If you do not have a Signature Pad" and a Scanner,eliminate the selected options.
- Press the "Install" button.
- The following screen will be displayed:
