• Press the Chief Complaint button in the Clinical Evaluation screen. 
• Select the option to be edited.
• Press a right click of mouse and select the Edit Item option from list. 

• The Option Editor screen will be displayed.
• Modify option. We will add a Template in the selected option for example purposes.

• Press OK.

Important Note:

When editing an option with a sub-category the Template option will not be displayed. 

This is only for new options.
