How to delete an option from Clinical Evaluation screen?

Go to the Clinical Evaluation screen and press the Chief Complaint button.
Select option to be deleted.
Press right click of mouse and select the Delete Item option.

The following confirmation message will be displayed.

Press the Yes for option to be deleted.
