How to change a medication dosage?

- Go to the Medication List section in the Advanced Progress Note screen.
- Press the Medication List link.
- The medication Medication List screen will be displayed.
- Press right mouse click on the appropriate medication and dosage.
- Select the Change Dosage option and the correct dosage.
- Note:Not all drugs have this option.
- Write the reason for the change in dose.
- Press the Save to change the dose.
